The hours he keeps

He realized that to relieve joint pain, he must get off his swivel chair and start giving his limbs some workout. He works a 9 to 5 job, but most of the time he works until late at night. There just isn’t enough time for him to shake off his limbs and get a proper workout because of the hours he keeps.

So what he did now is schedule a 30-minute workout everyday. When he wakes up, after drinking coffee, he will start working out by walking and jogging. Or sometimes, if he gets too lazy, he will just use the weights he bought for a workout in his room.

I think that’s enough for now until he finds a balance in his work and personal lives.
