I need to do something to drive back traffic to this blog of mine. My Alexa is dipping! I can’t let that happen. I remember this same situation with my other blogs before and I did something to drive back traffic and my rank improved!

I think I will join memes next week. I will also have to update regularly. I know I’ve been remiss on that. I’m really sorry. There’s not enough reason for me to neglect updating but I swear I am working on it now.

I’ll be posting updates regarding Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Edition, the new and improved (?) TV5 and so much more.

So I managed to narrow down this blog’s Categories into 11. Just take a look at the new categories of this blog at my sidebar.

It was a tedious task but I didn’t stop until I finish it.

I feel happy about what I accomplished today.

Notice the change in themes here? If you are a regular, I know you noticed it right away. But for those who are here for the first time, this is a new theme I am using. The previous one where there’s a header, I kept for now. Maybe I’ll use it again. For now, this clean one will work better for me. I still have the TCP’s logo, though, which you can see in the top right-hand most corner of this blog.

I must admit that I’ve been neglecting this blog a bit. Only a bit because I do still update from time to time. But unlike before where there was an explosion of entries twice a week. The past few months saw a decline in the number of entries posted per week.

That will change now. There will be at least three entries a week. That I promise. I will tackle the issue of too many categories for this blog (an issue to me, that is). I will cut it down to at least 5 categories only. And I will do everything to get back this blog’s rank in the next round of update.

Let me know if you have any suggestions to me

I’ll be changing the theme of this blog. A 2-column theme but the header won’t be changing. I will also be tackling the categories I used and will be narrowing it down to possibly five categories. I am currently using more than 20, if I am not mistaken.

I will also be focusing more on cable TV shows. I love watching cable TV and I will be updating you with the shows I watch and some really interesting characters that catches my attention.

So sorry for failing to update this blog of mine. Been too busy with something else. Anyway, I will try my best to be more productive in updating this blog. There’s too many media controversies happening that I am failing to write down in this blog. Sigh.

I’m still a couch potato. Might change soon, depending on circumstances in the next 6 weeks.

Something weird happened early this morning. Guess what it is? I lost my PageRank! I just got it a few days ago, was happy in fact even if I only got a 1, but then when I checked it this morning, it’s gone already! Kaput. Just like that!

Funny. How that happened in just a few days, I really don’t know.

Yes, I previously said that I was back but was MIA again for several days after that. Blame Rob Pattinson and Twilight! I am soooo hooked that I spend free minutes viewing interviews, photos, and other Twilight-related or Rob-related articles instead of writing in this blog of mine. I thought that I could get back last week after all the little things that happened around my couch but I was wrong. Well, it took me a couple of days more to smooth out things and now I am back!

Because I was out the whole week, I thought, why not change the layout and give something new to the visitors? So here it is! Do you like the new layout?

And the layout is not the only new thing here in The Couch Potato’s domain. I will also be implementing a few new things:

• I am now offering 6 slots for 125×125 banners on my sidebar at $5 per month. If you are interested, just leave a comment in this post.

• Every day, there will be a Daily Post wherein I will be offering something for that day. It may be a photo, an old news that jogged my memory or just plain something from my humble couch.
