Budoy is a teleserye in ABS-CBN starring Gerald Anderson in the title role. It is about a teenager with special needs and the trials he and his family are facing.
The story, according to reviews I’ve read, is really good. Heartwarming. It’s touched so many lives and people are really looking forward to it every night. And then all of a sudden, there’s a barrage of Facebook and Twitter updates that said Budoy, after a surgery, is now normal! How can that even happen when the teleserye is not supernatural!
It’s funny how some writers can butcher a really good story. Sayang yung ganda ng Budoy!
Melanie Amaro is declared the winner in X Factor USA Season 1!
You might not know this but Melanie has been my bet since day 1 of the competition. She, together with Drew and Chris Rene were my bets. I am really glad that Melanie won because talent prevailed in the competition and not just popularity alone. She will be awarded with a $5 million record deal and a Pepsi ad campaign.

I am sending over sympathy flowers to a friend of mine who is feeling down now that she was told by her boss that she didn’t meet their expectations. She is in peril of not getting her performance bonus which should have been given to her back in November. According to her boss, they are looking at the mistakes she’s made since her start in the company and it will determine whether she deserves the bonus or not.
I just find it heartless for her boss to count as a mistake a little thing like an erroneous date. I mean, hey, everyone have their off days and my friend only made that mistake once, when her boss was breathing down her neck to print the documents as soon as possible!
I just feel sorry for my friend that she works for bosses who are heartless and inconsiderate!
I am hooked on X Factor USA! Originally, my bet was Drew Ryniewicz. But her performance after that Just A Dream by Nelly version of hers went spiraling downward. My bet became Melanie Amaro after I stopped becoming in awe of Drew’s performances.
I also like Josh Krajcik and Chris Rene.

…I will get the YouTube to MP3 downloader and download all favorite videos I have there! But since I have limited space in my computer, I’d rather not just now. I will make do with watching my fave videos online. But when I get a new hard drive installed, I swear I will!
Music motivates me. Whenever I work, there has to be music in the background so as to squeeze the creative juices in me. I have to have mellow songs so as to help me write the novel I have been laboring over.
I need to have those videos as soon as possible!
Jennifer’s new mansion doesn’t have a guest room in it. When she learned about it, she asked the contractor to make sure a room in the house will be converted to a guest room as she always has someone come over for the night or on weekends. The room meant to be a walk-in closet of hers is being converted to a guest room complete with its own mini bar and kitchenette and quick step floors.
Jennifer’s parents will be coming over for the weekend and she told the contractor that the room should be done before then.
